Terry has just completed a successful European tour with the Legendary Bay Area thrash/metal band, Heathen. The band played to packed houses and festivals across England, Scotland, Germany, France, Holland and Belgium leaving the UK and European metal fans in stunned disbelief as Terry "shredded up" Heathen's most popular speed metal songs... some fans drove miles to see the "once-in-a-lifetime" Heathen appearance!

As well as working with his many guitar students....Terry continues his hectic touring schedule with his Van Halen tribute band - HOT FOR TEACHER, amazing concert goers wherever they perform. The virtuoso fretwork of guitarist Terry Lauderdale continues to stir audiences into the wildest of frenzy and leaves them in jaw dropping awe!

Sfarzo has found that the SFARZO Rounded-Hex Core allows the wrap to grip better on the core wire, therefore less chance of wrap separation. This allows a tighter wrap winding which reduces the chance of acid from your sweaty hands getting onto the core wire, which causes oxidation and literally rots the string from the inside out. Generally speaking, the wrap is nickel alloy and virtually nonmagnetic. Results are very powerful while achieving a bright output sound. Sustain is fantastic on this Rounded-Hex core. S.F.T.'s were introduced in the late 1990's and still are a favorite for guitarists everywhere.

The track was produced by Artists for Charity which also features guitar greats and friends, Tommy Merry and Joy Basu among others.

Artists for Charityis an organization that is 100% devoted to raising awareness and securing funds for humanitarian causes. It is made up of artists from all over the world who not only volunteer time, but also donate their precious artwork for the sake of change.

Guitar virtuoso Terry Lauderdale will be touring with Heathen this summer. After auditions Terry Lauderdale stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. Heathen is very excited about having Terry on board. You may remember Terry, when by the age of 18, caught the attention of hard rockers Sabotage who recruited the young guitarist for the lead guitar position and was soon burning up the stage. Terry then moved on to join forces with Carl Socco (Heathen/Murder), Bob Clic (The Lewd/Murder) and Dane Petersen (BloodBath) to form the thrash metal band Die Sieger. Terry Lauderdale continues to awe and inspire audiences wherever he performs. Besides his reputation as a professional musician, he is also known as a dynamic performer, who gives nothing less than 110% at every performance. He has also received countless praise from his peers, professional relationships and dedicated fans. Now he plans to rip up the stage with Heathen.

Yes, yes, yes...I'm still with my family in HFT...
The guys in Heathen are old friends of mine and they asked me to join them on their European Tour.....

How could I refuse....

There are two dates in July that I cannot play with HFT.... July 3 & 16.

Filling in for me will be guitarist Jude Gold.
Jude is an editor for Guitar Player Magazine and shares the stage with Chris Kontos and IZZY Ozborne in their kick ass OZZY Tribute.
I had a chance to see him play and I feel that he will kick ass and continue to bring what HFT fans have come to expect.... a great sounding high energy live show!
